SCL's schedules from max preps www.calpreps.com/2014/2_Sonoma_County.htmI take credit for Piner's brilliant scheduling. In the past, I suggested they be realistic and they finally took my advice Richmond..which I SPECIFICALLY suggested in a previous post long ago.... Burton of SF...I also suggested public SF or Oakland schools... plus Del Norte and Tam 2 likely wins plus 2 winnable games...even with just 2 SCL wins they have a .500 team and building the program...even losses don't look bad, against schools of somewhat comparative size... But Allen's non-league games include Tomales and Willits Big mistake: they win, so what, against (very) small-town schools; and losing looks real sad. Allen, take a tip from me, next year: Richmond; Mission San Jose; and the 2014 last place teams in OAL and SF AAA. Also--SCL schools must not be reporting entire schedule to maxpreps. Sonoma Valley just 2 non league games; Allen, El Mo, and H'burg three non leauges; only Analy, Petaluma and Piner showing four non-leagues reported on this link.
