Damn, judging by the results of the first night of games, I don't think anyone in this pick em crew should be booking any trips to Vegas in the near future (myself included!)

Yep, I'm in a little trouble depending on what happens tomorrow. I still cant believe Santa Rosa beat Petaluma.
Other Upsets: Liberty: 15, Clayton Valley: 3 JFK-Richmond: 20, El Cerrito: 15 (Biggest of the night I would think)

Yeah I saw those, surprising. A couple of more, St. Mary's beat Granite Bay (41-35?) and Aleamany beat Oaks Christian (20-17).

Didnt know about Oaks losing, but they lost a lot of seniors. I expected St Mary's to win.

Here are the results of the week 1 pick em. Please feel free to double check my math. A couple of people didn't put numbers by their picks, so I just went down from the top figuring that you did them in order from 10 on down? Pretty brutal week to pick games, with some upsets. I'll do a weekly total and for those that play each week, I'll keep a running total for the regular season. I've done these for years, usually for college, so if you tank a week or two these things tend to balance out over of the course of a season. Congratulations to newmanfan as you had 32 points (out of a possible 55) for the top score. hamkremignton ("now how do you play this?") sandbagged us all and was right there with 31 points, congratulations.
El Molino @ Fortuna (El Molino 14-7) Petaluma @ Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa 13-0) Novato @ Hertiage (Heritage 41-14) St. Ignatius @ Marin Catholic (Marin Catholic (28-14) Analy @ Miramonte (Miramonte 21-7) San Rafael @ Sonoma (San Rafael 24-13) Ferndale @ McClymonds (McClymonds 18-0) Piedmont @ Healdsburg (Healdsburg 46-0) Montgomery @ Windsor (Windsor 28-15) Newman vs. Central Catholic (Newman 24-21 2OT)
