I think it is evident that all the top teams in the area are going to the SPD style of training. Look at Newman in early 2008 SPD put in the weight room & speed training room & I know Trent spent many hours up there getting Newmans coaches dialed in on this way of training, look at Casa they have been traininh this way since 2003 and they have won 7 titles in a row since they went to this style. I know Trent has helped out Coach Ellison at Petaluma and last year it showed as they were faster then they have been in some time. Also I know St Vincents used this style and look where it took them last year. The top players in the area train at the SPD Factory Sean Sullivan, Ricky Sims, Kahlil Keys, Connor Waggoner, Jack James, Cameron Erion, DJ King, Jake Cimolino and many many more. This is the best way and place train in the north bay area. And it shows on the field.

It may not be a commercial , but more of a statement of facts about this place. It really just says that dedication and proper training make a big difference in getting to the next level.

Oh my god, what did I start? I am not connected to SPD, but as an old fart I am considering trying it out (will I every get past considering?). I think I had better get a physical first. This body is not what it used to be.
On the other hand look at some of the kids that did work out at SPD. The ones that are going to play high school football in 2009, and several that are going to play college football such as Cullen Carrol MVP NCL I SOUTH and I think headed for Willamette, and Nick Marsh K/P headed for Univ. of Utah. There are some great baseball players that work out of there also.
Playing on is only available for those who make an extraordinary effort. These are the kids that work out in the gym, the track, the playing field and the batting cage when everyone else is watching TV or playing video games. Plus they get their homework done. SPD is a great group setting to do a tough work out.
Another great work out for athletes is Greg Adam's Winning Edge Sport Training in Rohnert Park. He works with a lot of high school and some college players.
We are lucky to have these resources in the North Bay.

Well, we happen to be in the topic, so I may as well chime in. SPD is some top notch stuff. Even as a military member, I would very much enjoy a workout there. I've spoken with Trent Herzog, the owner, and looking at the results, I could only imagine what benefits it could have on anyone of us.
