Can anyone confirm this??
Week#0 BYE Week#1 Redwood Week#2 Santa Rosa Week#3 Maria Carrillo
Last season, Redwood and Windsor played in week #0, and Windsor played Carrillo in week #1, as they have done the last few seasons.
If this is true, then Carrillo would have dropped Sonoma from week #3.
So Sonoma is no longer playing Ukiah in week #1, no longer playing Carrillo in week #3, and dropped San Marin in week #10...

Yep thats what ive heard too. So thats the third new field for Windsor in just a few years. Windsors field is fine, how about you put the money towards education.

I have to disagree with you ben. I remember when Healdsburg played @ Windsor there field was in horrible shape. There were numerious times where the players fell down. And that field cost our QB (Shippey) the season by him landing wrong on it. Money isn't a big issue at WHS either so why not.

I believe the field is supposed to be done by 10/3 the game against Sonoma. I doubt that actually will happen. Unfortunatley it may end up like Piner did a few years back where the Seniors never got to play on their new field. I hope the one year Windsor actually has a chance at the SCL title they don't have to play every game on the road.

Windsor has only had one field as far as I know. They rushed to get it in and had no money. It sucked from day one. I believe the new field is being paid for with bond money that was voted on by the tax payers.
I guess the Windsor Knights will have to go back to playing at Windsor Creek School or face all away games themselves.

Isn't it funny how Windsor always has their bye right before they get ready to play the Hounds. Is Faytor needeing the extra week to prep??? I think it only helped one year,2006. Healdsburg didn't lose though due to the X's & the O's, It was more because of the Jimmy's & the Joe's

Does Healdsburg have anything this year anyhow? They graduated alot didn't they? Windsor returning several "potential" standouts. Potential still has to perform
