I was looking at the 2009 Sacramento State football roster and I noticed that Anthony Biasi was no longer on the roster. I asked a Sac St coach what happned to him? I was told he was not asked back on the team after being the 3rd RB last year on the roster as a true freshmen. Does anyone know what happned or if and where he will be playing in 2009?

I ran into his dad at the all-star game. He is going to SRJC and hopes to play football there.

I didnt expect that, Biasi was a serious player coming out of Casa, I hope he goes on to play beyond the JC.

As long as they both keep playing, Biasi and Pond would be fun to watch with both of them in the secondary.

I am glad to see Biasi playing. I am very suprised Sac didn't ask him back. I really enjoyed watching this kid in the 2008 all star game. I thought after Garcia he was the best player on the field. I think defense at the JC is a good call as the JC doesn't run the ball. And with Therman playing Biasi would get limited carries. Is he playing safety? Does he have a shot at starting?

Biasi will be playing SS/OLB. He is in the mix. I know Lenny Wagner is excited to have him.

Therman better not forget to get grades. There will be no forgiveness this time.
