Newman and Petaluma would match up great for the NCS Petaluma would scrape Newman with Sullivan and Simms I haven't seen anything to suggest they are stoppable, and i haven't seen anything to suggest Newman can stop the run.

Petaluma should win that game.. 35-14.. Sullivan and sims are too strong to be stopped this year..

It wouldn't be as good of a game as people think. Possibly a dominate victory by Petaluma

You're probably right elmer, but it also looks like it'll never happen...Petaluma is a shoo-in to make the playoffs, and Newman looks like they are in considerable peril not to...either Rancho or Carillo could quite likely beat Newman in league, and if they lose one more league game, I doubt if they even make the playoffs.

I agree hsfbfan, I see Newman loosing to Rancho or Carrillo. Especially Rancho, Rancho is a solid playoff team, they could have beaten Petaluma and Monty both games went down to the wire. Also both teams have a running offense and Newman from what i saw last night has problems stopping the run. Can you imagine that? Going from Northern California Champions to not making the playoff?!

Happened to Canyon in 2007. They beat on De La Salle I think, then followed with a 4-6 season.

Windsor should be a bit higher. They could be the dark horse of the SCL

They might be if they beat Casa. Somewhere around 3 if they win.

They might be if they beat Casa. Somewhere around 3 if they win. We should know much more about Windsor in the next two weeks when they face the Petaluma schools. I predicted they would be the 2nd best team in the SCL before the season began and thought they were toast after Erion went down. But they've obviously stepped up as they haven't lost a game without him. I honestly don't know what to expect from them the next two weeks as I wouldn't be shocked if they went 2-0 or 0-2. Should be fun to watch!

penguin is right. If they go 2-0 in the next 2 weeks it will be a great story.

That will be hard for Windsor when King is there O. stop him its over. Casa and Petalumas D are strong .anything can happen but I would bet against IT.Casa and Petaluma will put up to many points on O they both have more than one weapon. But I like the underdog Windsor 3RD IN SCL.
