What would be your ideal coaching staff if you could pick from any school in the area..
HC- Jason Franci
OC- Russell Ponce
DC- Trent Herzog

There are many good coaches in the empire.
O-Line coach has to be Frank Scalercio
QB Coach/O Coordinator - Cronin
I like your choice of head coach and D coordinator ,Franci - Head Coach, & Herzog - D Coordinator
There are several Casa, Monty & Newman coaches that I would add.
I like Ponce, but he is unproven at this point. It would be interesting to see what he could do as head coach at a school like Montgomery that normally has solid talent for RE schools.

Yeah of course we cant forget Frank Scalercio.. but that coaching staff would do damage with Franci, Cronin and Herzog

Good question, and I don't know about the staff, but one name I'd have for my DC is Lopes at PHS. Guy consistently puts a prepared unit on the field and maximizes his players'; his adjustments are usually effective.

I like my head coach at my son's school but I grew up with Frank Scalercio he's like an Uncle to me. Or as well call him "Frankie Jr." and I would love to see Frank coaching in HS again.

I would take....
Head Coach: Kirkpatrick, I don't think there is another team in the empire that depends on there coach like Healdsburg does with Tom Kirkpatrick.
Offensive Cordinator: Cronin, ever though the spread hasn't worked this year, I still love Cronin's offense.
Defensive Cordinator: Herzog, has lead a very good defense the last few seasons before taking over the program this season.

H-Town good calls. TK, somewhow I forgot about him. He would be my top choice w/ Bracket. Cronin too. Herzog is a very good defesnsive coordintor, but IMO, I'd put Mazi way farther ahead based on results of the field.
