With Casa Grande's domination of Las Lomas, I believe the player of the week should be a Gaucho. But which one? Is it Nick Sherry who was 17 of 26 for 224 yards and 5 TD's? Is it Kahlil Keys who rushed for 182 yards and a TD? Is it Tyler White who caught 4 passes for 101 yards and 4 TD's? Is it Makana Garrigan who had 12 tackles and 2 INT's?

I actually sent a text message to Trent Herzog asking which one of his players I should pick. Sherry, White, Keys, and Garrigan were all amazing. He couldnt tell me which one, all of them did such a great job.
My deal with Little Caesars is a single pizza per week, so it does need to be just one player. At the moment, I'm leaning towards Tyler White.

Just keep in mind Ben, there really isn't a wrong answer. Any of the four are well deserving. And if their coach can't choose, how are you? Or you could just give it to Ricky Sims again.

Ricky Sims was very close to getting it in week #10 right after he got it for week #9. Logan Stiles passed for over 300 on the Monty defense so that axed that.

How about Max Heller or Kris Farina from St. Vincent?
Heller is what, 5-6 and had a great game for Monty. Farina broke the single season rushing record at SV. He had 120yds in the first half!

Heller did not have a great game for Monty. He over threw at least 3 WR's. I'm not saying he played bad as I think he played a good game, but that score was not indicitive of how much better Monty was. And had Heller been a little more accurate, they easily could have routed Clayton Valley.

You are correct there...and the overthrows were on open bombs, one of which could easily have been a 95 yard td play...and true, he played well but could have been even better had he hit one or two of those.

Yeah, I'm not trying to take anything away from Heller. But from what I saw, I'm not sure his performance was as impressive as the four Gouches mentioned.

He still had an amazing game and did something no team has done against Montgomery this season, including Casa Grande. No one has passed for 300 on Monty in a long time, regardless of the score.

Ricky Sims - 7 tackles, 2 sacks, 195 yards rushing, 8.13 yards per carry and 2 TDs. Who put up those kind of numbers playing both ways? PLAYER OF THE WEEK!
Chris Farina is the only one that comes close.
