Good run at Windsor Coach Fayter! It takes a heck of a coach to bring a 1-28 team to a legit league threat.

Fayter did a great job getting the program to compete in the SCL. It will be interesting to see who gets the job and how they move the program forward.

Fayter did a good job truning the program around. Just hope new Coach can get the kids to the next level. Windsor has a good group of kids there and the youth program is turning out some talented kids! My advise to the new coach whoever get it get involved with the youth program. Mybe you can save some kids from going to Newman.

Good luck to coach.. it takes alot to turn a program around.. I would hope that the windsor program gives it to the jv coach unless he has other plans.. Again i would say that the top 3 candidates in my mind would be... 1. Dustin Davis- Jv coach of windsor for a few years. 2. Tony Saiz- Has coached in the SCL before, knows how to run a program. 3. T.J. Van Bebber- Freshman Coach, if Davis doesnt take the job.. has been in the program for awhile..

Tony might be open to the job now that his daughter will be graduating from Ursuline this year.

Dustin Davis is in his 20's. He would be crazy to not go to the police academy, establish himself in a 100k a year police job with great benefits, and then return to coaching. There are lots of coaches in Marin and Sonoma Counties that are police officers. There line of work allows them great shift flexibility therefore they can coach high school sports. I think he is making the wrong choice putting this Windsor job before the police academy. He has several cops on the Windsor staff that should be pointing him in the right direction. He is a GREAT coach and I wish him the best at whatever he chooses.

I also heard another JV coach is putting in Mike Skinner has been with Dustin for last 2 years someone told me. From asking around he also coached youth for 10 years.
