Sounds like an interesting story behind your last post footballfan, care to share more :-)
The entire Pac10 is open to Sherry, if he plays his senior year well, takes care of business in class, and doesnt get any felonies, he can most likely write his own ticket anywhere.
I can remember I think it was after the Napa game last season, Trent Herzog told me the UC davis coach was in attendance. He had the chance to speak with Kahlil Keys. Herzog asked the coach if he wante to speak with Sherry, and the coach in not so many words said he didnt want to waste his or Nicks time and that Sherry could very well be a Pac10 QB.

Jeremiah Masoli. Oregon's Qb was suspended for next season after pleading guilty to burglary charges. What are these athletes thinking when they are willing to blow their college career in order to steal a laptop computer? Unbelievable!

Agreed! I'm all for giving people a second chance, but you would have hoped Masoli learned his lesson after his first "mistake" when he was at Serra. I'll give Kelly credit for suspending him for the year. But wasn't that the same punishment Blount got until it was determined he had done the right things and was reinstated the last half of the season.

Boyett is the starting safety for the ducks, Nate Costa is the back up to Masoli.

Boyett will be starting at safety this year. Last year he had a lot of playing time for a RS freshman and had a nice game in the Rose Bowl. The kid is a stud, great hitter and faster than most people think.
