In your opinion who do you think are the best position (QB,RB,WR,OL,DL,LB,DB,K) coaches in our area.

Well I would need to put a few Defensive Coordinators at specific positions.
For Defense I'd throw out Bruno from Newman, I guess he would be put at Linebackers Trent Herzog was a DC for year and could go anywhere like Bruno. Miester from Newman is also a very good coach, not sure where I would put him.
Too many coaches to list but I think having Russell Ponce somewhere on offense would be great. Frank Scalercio from Monty would be on defense. Paul Cronin as QB coach is a given.

You are putting Paul over TK Kirkpatrick as a QB coach? I like Paul, but he has not produced the QBs that TK has over the years. It is far from a given that he is the best QB coach.

Kyle Wright to UTEP Ryan Lingle with over 5000 yards career passing Randy Wright to UC davis
Cronin has produced a few good ones in a few years and TK has been around for a lot longer. Could always put Cronin at receivers or maybe leave him out behind other greater coaches.

Scalercio is an O-Line coach and is terrific. I dont know who the line coach is in Healdsburg but he is outstanding. He has 180 pound lineman that are very successful every year. I would throw Conroy in as QB coach also. Different type of QB coach (option) but his QB's are very successful in the system. They run well and when they do pass they have high completion percentage.

Even if you dont like Conroy style with his option offense, you cant say that it hasnt worked for him the last few years.. Scalercio brings knowledge to the table when u think of superior line coaches in our area.. Cronin will be on top of anyones list of a coach that they would want in their program, he brings a style to a offense that is sometimes hard to pick off.. He has had winning seasons and making state twice is pretty impressive.
