1. Carrillo 2. Monty 3. Newman 4. Rancho
Carrillo returns NBL Mvp Sam Atoe, who in my opinion is probably the best all rounded athlete in the area. Montgomery loses alot in graduating Heller, Shull and All league lineman Jay Luchetti. Piner looks better than recent years. Rancho returns Poueu Peleti-Gore, Brian Dworkin.. Both should be solid leaders on the offense. Santa Rosa looks like they could have a winning record in Les Richardson's first year at the helm. Ukiah always finds a way to bring a competive team every season. Newman's Quarterback position is pretty open this coming season.. I would have to say that Matt Sullivan should be the starter unless he moves to Wide Receiver in the slot. Elsie's goal this year is just to have enough players to compete in games.. Hopefully getting a few wins on the way.

1. Monty/Newman/Rancho 2. Monty/Newman/Rancho 3. Monty/Newman/Rancho ...just like almost every year...
Carrillo does have a great player in Atoe, but thats only a single player. I think all three top teams lost a bunch of players so its hard to rate one team above another. Carrillo and Ukiah will be in the mix and should score a win over one of the top three teams. I'll put Piner over Santa Rosa and then Elsie at the bottom.

It seems like to me that the normal top 3 teams could be unknown to who will have the best edge.. I still have to say that carrillo will finish strong.. and i am taking rosa over piner
