Looks like Marin Catholic was originally scheduled to play host to Fremont in week #2 but due to a conflict of schedule (?) Marin Catholic has dropped Fremont and picked up Berkeley.
Berkeley is an NCS Div. I school and Marin Catholic is technically NCS Div. IV which has petitioned to Div. III.
Berkeley has a new coach in Fred Sims who was previously the head coach at St. Elizabeths. During his time there St Elizabeth's made numerious appearances in the NCS Div. V finals including a Div. V title last season.

much rather they play Berkeley than Fremont, no point in playing an OAL team

Fremont had a good team last season but Marin Catholic would kill them. Berkeley is going to be very though, they are at the worst a 6-4 or 7-3 team this year and will make the Div. I playoffs. Should be a breat contest but lets hope this isnt Del Norte vs. Amador Valley, the sequal.
