There will be a QB clinic this weekend April 4 at Casa Grande. Price is $75.00 per QB. Ed Lloyd and Paul Cronin will be directing the camp. It starts at 10:00 am and will go until 4:00 pm. Come learn from 2 of the best QB coaches in the area!

$75 for 6 hours for a high school kid in this economy. WOW...great coaches but they are trying to make a quick buck huh?

To get something at the local level for this price sounds pretty good. If the camp is well run, the kids should get a lot out of it. This has got to be to lowest cost QB camp around.

you've got to be kidding me, nblfan! at $75 for a (6) hour camp, that's $12.50 per hour or 6.25 per hour/per coach . . . that's BELOW minimum wage!!
I guess some people don't recognize the value of two incredibly successful coaches providing their expertise to the local student - athletes at a VERY reasonable price. As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for"
For those who are are trying to improve their skills and take charge of their potential - this is a bargain!

First of all I believe Piner's QB plays baseball therefore this would be bad timing. Second of all I stated that these were great coaches running this clinic I just thought 75 was a little high. Calm down everyone. Coachjed you dont know what you think you know. I am a youth football coach who coaches in the Piner area and follows Piner football because my nephew will be on their JV Team next year. That is also why I asked the other day if anyone knew who their JV coach would be next year. Thanks.

When my son used to play QB in Pop Warner, we would have loved attending something like this. It would have taught him the basics such as 3 step and 5 step drop backs. Proper throwing motion, how to hand off, and whatever else QBs need to know at a basic level.
I wonder what age group this is designed for? Grade School, Jr. High, or High School.

It is designed for junior high and high school aged athletes. $75.00 is very cheap. Most QB coaches cost atleast $50.00 per hour. There was a clinic 2 weekends ago in Marin that was $250.00 & there was one in San Jose last weekend put on by Steve Clarkson & Air 7 that was close to $500.00. I know if you go to Clarkson down in socal its $700.00 for 1 on 1 training per day!

Best money a kids family could spend. I played for Lloyd, Have watched Cronin's sucsess and Herzog must be putting on the camp. All great coaches who don't care what school a kid goes to. They just want to breed success in the county.

Not afraid to admit when I am wrong. Didn't realize QB clinics were so much $. Glad local QB's will get great instruction from great coaches.

QBs should be on the field between 10:45 and 12:00. Then in the afternoon between 1:45 and 3:30. There are 25 qbs signed up to attend this camp.

I'll say it (you all thinking it but I'll say it) Guess Newman needs a QB?

Newmans QB will either be Jack James or Jamie Ford. I'd be willing to be Jack James will be taking lead of the team.

no newman doesnt need a quaterback. james played quaterback freshman year and was called up sophmore year after playing the cc game at qb, to play linebacker, this year played safety and wide reciever
