Answer: Neither.
Because the truth is the coach arranges for the student athlete to play football at their school and uses acdemics (AP classes) as the excuse to avoid penalty. Especially, when every damn school in this area offers the same AP classes. Check it out.....every Santa Rosa City School offers AP, Honors, IB AND access to SRJC courses which hold the same weight as AP/Honors in core subjects.
So now tell me the reason since it cant be that CN offers AP classes that other schools don't because its simply not true.
I am not saying every player at newman goes there only cause of football. I am saying that the players I listed did. As well as many others that were prompted.
And As I have said many time before...you say that players go there for a better education.......the truth is that it isn't better. Ask the kid from EA that got accepted on a full ride to Harvard last year. OR all the other dedicated students that go to wonderful schools like UC-Berkely, Georgetowm, Yale etc............Sorry, different subject.
You, as well as other newman people want to think they go there for the education.....but the truth is, as many of us know, they go there cause they were recruited as an athlete, not a student.
Why do you need this explained to you over and over and over??? Its about as clear cut as it gets. DO you ever talk to kids in the area? Like the ones that were recruited? Or do you just spend your days an hour and a half away and never actually talk to the ones with first-hand knowledge of recruitment?
It doesn't matter.
The subject is J. Young and my guess is that he would not be transferring unless he already got the go ahead to transfer without penalty. Especially if he was expelled to Piner for a year and now he is eligible ot go back to his home school.
